- 3 potatoes

- 150 g mushrooms
- 1.5 cups broth
- 2 tomatoes
- 250 g tomato passata
- salt
- pepper
- sweet paprika
- oregano
- basil
- sugar
- oil for frying
Preparation:
- Pour oil into a wide stainless steel pot or saucepan. Add peeled and diced onion, and garlic cloves pressed through a garlic press. Then add thinly sliced chili pepper. Fry for about 5 minutes over medium heat.

- 350 g pumpkin
- 25 g butter

- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 250 g mushrooms
- 0.5 bunch parsley
- salt
- pepper
- sweet paprika
- hot paprika
- thyme
- oil for frying
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a large induction pot and sauté finely chopped onion until translucent. Add peeled and diced potatoes, season with salt and pepper. Fry for 3 minutes over fairly high heat. Next, add diced pumpkin, butter, garlic cloves pressed through a garlic press, sweet and hot paprika powder, and thyme. Fry for 5 minutes.

- 2 bay leaves
- 4 allspice berries
- 4 peppercorns

- 4 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons water
Preparation:
- Clean the pork loin, pat dry, and cut into large cubes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Peel the potatoes, onion, mushrooms, leek, carrots, and parsnips. Slice all vegetables.
- Finely shred 3 cabbage leaves.
- Pour oil and a few tablespoons of water into the bottom of an oven-safe pot. Line the bottom and sides of the pot with cabbage leaves.

- Cover everything with cabbage leaves, then pour in enough boiling water to reach 2/3 of the pot's height.
- Cover the pot with a lid, place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius, and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
