General shipping terms
Dispatch times are presented on the relevant product pages, shopping cart page as well as on the order confirmation page at the checkout. Shipments within the United Kingdom are delivered in 4 business days, depending on the location. Therefore total delivery time = despatch time + shipment time.
When the order is shipped, you will receive an email specifying the FedEx tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.
In the event of the absence of the recipient from the delivery address, FedEx will leave a notice for the customer to contact them to organise a more suitable delivery time. A total of three attempts to deliver will be made. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to us.
If, due to any technical reasons, we must dispatch your order in partial shipments you will be charged for the shipment only once.
Payment
We accept payments via Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express) or PayPal.
Payment by credit card and PayPal account is processed via PayPal. PayPal uses SSL-encryption in the communication with FormAdore and Customer. SSL is short for Secure Socket Layer and is a security protocol which ensures that data is encrypted in the communication between the customer and FormAdore. It is therefore not possible for 3rd parties to intercept any credit card information.
Classic bank transfer - You pay for your order by classic bank transfer to the FormAdore Wise account. In order to identify your payment, please indicate the order number received in the order confirmation e-mail in the title of the transfer.
