Aluminum Pots

On this page you will find pots made largely of aluminium. There are classic black pots as well as steel-grey, which only have aluminium on the bottom or inner walls and their main construction is stainless steel (check also the steel pots).

Aluminium is an excellent conductor of heat, which is why pots made of this material are considered the best (next to stainless steel pots). An aluminium pot will work for any type of food. However, it is worth remembering that the material itself is only half the battle! The thickness of the bottom also plays a huge role - a pot bottom that is too thin distributes heat poorly and burns easily.
