Not all of us find the time to buy fresh bread rolls every morning. First of all, and this is the most important rule - do not store bread in plastic bags (under such conditions bread has no access to air, it 'does not breathe' and as a result becomes 'rubbery'). - making holes in the plastic bag does not help :). Another important rule is that when the bread is still warm, let it cool down so that it has time to release the moisture. Generally speaking, bread is stored in a dry place at room temperature, but if it is left 'alone' it will dry out or become mouldy - and this is where the choice of container comes in. What do we look for when choosing such an accessory? Select the size of the container according to the quantity of bread you usually buy, so as to naturally reduce the amount of air and at the same time save counter space.
