The birds are singing, the trees are humming invitingly and the mosquitoes haven't woken up yet, which means, after all, it's the perfect time for a picnic. Grab your picnic basket, call your friends and set off to conquer the outdoors!
Get outside!
There's still a good chunk of astronomical summer to come. Fortunately, we don't have to wait until Midsummer to have fun outdoors.
At FormAdore, the picnic season is now in full swing. The weather is fine, the mood still needs to be taken care of. Nothing improves the mood more than spending time outdoors, in the company of loved ones. Don't wait for the weekend - call your friends and go straight from work to a picnic. To your favourite park, the woods, the boulevards or the town pond.

Our grandmothers were probably right, so there's no point in taking any chances and it's better to get a picnic blanket for us, our kids and our pets to spread out on. Not only does it insulate well from the cold ground, it also provides a barrier to the various worms buzzing around in the grass and, above all, it will be a great 'table' for our picnic snacks.

A cooler bag or a traditional basket? When choosing, be guided not only by your taste, but also by the type of food you plan to transport to nature. With sandwiches and fruit, a stylish wicker basket will work perfectly.
However, if soft fruit such as strawberries or raspberries, cold lemonade and an ice-cold dessert are on the menu, don't hesitate - opt for a cooler bag!
What to pack all those yummies we're going to eat at the picnic in! We say a definite no to disposable plastic bags. And we pack all kinds of pastries, sandwiches, snacks and fruit in airtight kitchen containers, of which we have hundreds at FormAdore. If your food needs special care, think about vacuum containers.
OK, but in order to have something to pack, you first have to think of what you want to eat. How about a delicious rhubarb tart or vegetable skewers? And why not pizza muffins? You will find all these recipes and more too in our magazines "Delicious snacks for the beach and picnic" and the other "7 simple recipes". We're keeping our fingers crossed that it's delicious!

Admittedly, you can eat from your hand or a leaf at a picnic, but what's the point? A picnic is like a garden party, but in nature. Let's try to make it pretty. We don't have to take our grandmother's expensive china straight away; nice, lightweight crockery and cutlery will suffice. And it's important that they are practical and don't break, so choose the right materials.
