Dubbed the aristocracy among vegetables, loved by the most discerning gourmets, flexible, firm, and low-calorie.
What's not to love?!
Asparagus has long conquered our tables. The beginnings were tough, as most of us just boiled them in water. And any asparagus connoisseur knows perfectly well that there are far more interesting ways to prepare them...

For us, it's number one! Crispy skin, a crunchy centre, and a vibrant colour... The bonus is the lightning-fast preparation – we rub the asparagus with olive oil, our favourite spices, and herbs (garlic is a must!), and then throw it on the grill or a grill pan for a quarter of an hour.

Not just for those on a diet! Steaming isn't always associated with great taste. Some people believe that this method of preparing vegetables strips them of their flavour. Luckily, this doesn't apply to asparagus :) Asparagus stands out with its exquisite, unique taste, firm texture, and appealing appearance. Steaming doesn't deprive them of these advantages. For lovers of these noble vegetables, we particularly recommend asparagus pots. They are tall, tall enough so that the asparagus doesn't stick out; they are also equipped with baskets, which greatly facilitate the steaming process. See our asparagus pots >>>

Asparagus likes to reign supreme on the table, but it doesn't always have to be the main course. Its presence as an accompaniment is also a great solution. Most often, you'll find it alongside poached eggs or in an omelette mixture. Asparagus even makes its way onto pizza! An excellent starter suggestion is also asparagus wrapped in puff pastry. Yum!
