The Z-Cut by Zwilling is a 2-in-1 peeler designed for hard vegetables and fruit.
Interestingly enough:
- It can be used as a crosswise pe eler (in which case it has a Y-shape) and as a lengthwise peeler (in which case it takes on an L-shape). In the former case, it works best for round produce (such as apples or potatoes), while in the latter case, it works best for elongated vegetables (such as carrots, courgettes or cucumbers).
- Thanks to MotionBall technology, the peeler adapts to the shape of the product in question.
