The roasting pan is a large, functional vessel for cooking and roasting vegetables and meats of all kinds. The 8.5 litre metal baking dish with lid presented here by WMF is made entirely of Cromargan 18/10 stainless steel, and both the dish and the lid are equipped with comfortable, opposing handles. The lid itself can also be used as a pan on an induction cooker or as a casserole dish in the oven. The construction of the pot uses TransTherm technology, which ensures that the heat is distributed evenly throughout the pot. The pan is suitable for cooking at temperatures of up to 250°C.
