The WMF glass pot lid is a lid made of robust glass with a profiled rim that makes it sit perfectly on the pot or pan. Due to its weight, it adheres firmly to the pot, tightly protecting the contents from heat loss. Small holes in the lid prevent unwanted vacuum formation inside the pot, while ensuring controlled steam release. The Cromargan® stainless steel handle can be gripped while cooking without fear of burning, as the heat of the lid is not transferred to it. The lid is easy to clean - by hand or in the dishwasher.
