The product is good but it came without any box, absolutely nothing, just a bunch of packing paper. I bought it as a Christmas gift and I was expecting that if they sell each dish separatelly they are packed properly. Especially keeping in mind that it is premium brand of home accessories.

The glasses are beautiful, elegant and match super well with the Villeroy&Boch tableware - Mariefleur Basic. Highly recommended. The delivery was fast. I recommend the Form Factory. :)

It was darker than in the photo - a very dark shade of blue, in indoor lighting it appears almost black. Nevertheless, the candle holder is very nice, I am satisfied.
Yes,the product has lived up to my expectations.It is beautiful in its form and as for me very practical ( double-sided ), as for me to use , functionality - perfect. The colour is wonderful, deep blue and very good quality glass and very carefully made. Thank you very much.

The porcelain of this brand is of high quality, I have used for years, this is my next purchase, I recommend. The price is adequate to the quality. A very cool, solid mug, the ear is well shaped, the thickening of the wall on the opposite side allows you to hold the hot drink easily with both hands. Just what I was looking for for winter evenings :)

The mug presents itself beautifully and handles well. Due to the shape of the ear it is not suitable for left-handed people, it is very uncomfortable to hold in the left hand. Drinking from it is a pleasure. It was worth waiting longer for delivery.

Stylish bowl/plate useful as a starter plate or dessert bowl. Like the colour and the shading.
I wanted to complete a set. I really like the colour and the shape of Lava bleu. One of the bowls arrived chipped however I email customer service and a new one is on its way!
