Description

The presented Wine Saver system is one of the flagship products of the Dutch company Vacu Vin. Patented in 1987, it was even featured on a postage stamp in a series commemorating interesting inventions from the country of windmills and tulips. The presented set includes two stoppers. Thanks to them, preserving the aroma of unopened wine is exceptionally easy - all you have to do is use the elements of the system (pump and cork) to tightly close and remove the air from the bottle, and then place the bottle in the fridge. A beverage preserved in this way maintains its properties for up to several days. The Wine Saver system features useful improvements to make the corks and pump easier to use. At the top of the rubber stoppers is a tab that facilitates opening by equalising the pressure. In addition, when the correct level of vacuum is reached during pumping, the system will emit a characteristic 'click'.

    Corks are ok :) For me it is important that it is not high, thanks to which the bottle with the stopper still fits in the low cabinet.
