The inspiration for the Blend Throw blanket is taken from painterly landscapes, where colour plays a central role. The technique of mixing two thread colours in different ways, creates five different tones in each blanket.

• Designer Stine Aas holds a master's degree from the Academy of Art and Design in Bergen. She creates products and furniture that combine character and simplicity. Her work is inspired by everyday interactions between people and the objects around them, combining visual, tactile and functional design. She has exhibited at fairs in Stockholm, Helsinki, London, Milan, New York and Los Angeles. In 2015, she was awarded Newcomer of the Year at Bergen's Raff Design Week.
