Eero Saarinen is one of the most influential and significant architects of the 20th century. His original style and openness to a multitude of forms made him a frequent commissioner. In many cases, the Finn, who settled in America, used unique materials that he often developed himself. Much of Saarinen's construction was created using concrete, which allowed him to create unusual curve-based shapes. Eero Saarinen was one of the leading artists of the so-called International Style. He was also involved in industrial design and was the designer of the Knoll Tulip chair, among others.
The proposed book contains a chronological series of illustrated designs and a biography of the artist.
