I have a Silikomart Buche Sapin 3D silicone mould in which I prepared a large monoporation of chocolate mousse. It froze overnight, but I'm having trouble taking it out... Do you have any tips on how to do this seamlessly?

Answer:
To best remove the semifreddo from the mould, it is recommended to first loosen the edges of the dessert. Gently pull the silicone away from the walls, starting from the top edges and gradually moving downwards to release the vacuum.
Then place the cooled plate or service tray on top of the mould and invert the whole thing in one smooth motion.
Finally, slowly remove the silicone mould from the semifreddo, rather than pulling the dessert out of the mould. This preserves the details and shape of the dessert.
