A soap ideal as a gift for someone who appreciates irony and black humour. This soap is from the Seletti Wears Toiletpaper collection:
available in a pink Bite version - scented with Sicilian citrus - or a 'tombstone' version Why Me? - scented with
sandalwood and myrrh. Whether you choose the bite-scented version or the tombstone version, the recipient of such an unusual gift that smells like a good joke will seriously consider using the soap for the purpose for which it was made, or rather displaying it like a miniature sculpture on a bathroom shelf.
The
Seletti Wears Toiletpaper collection is the result of a collaboration between the famous Italian brand and Toiletpaper magazine, founded in 2010 by artists
Maurizio Cattelan and Pierpaolo Ferrari, in collaboration with Micol Talso. The magazine was conceived as a kind of artwork accessible to all, in which there is not a single word - instead there are colourful, sometimes funny and sometimes controversial collages. In recent years, the photographs published in the magazine have also started to live on products such as bags, plates and even carpets. In June 2013, they even appeared in the windows of the Palais de Tokyo museum in Paris.
Seletti is a story of vision and evolution. Founded in 1964, the Italian brand has always focused on professionalism, originality and innovation. Its products are indeed unique and unconventional, which is why they are difficult to pass by indifferently.
