With an aluminium base and steel walls, the pan is characterised by its polished, mirror-finished inner surface, adding a unique touch of chic to the Impact pan. The impact pan comes with a steel handle and is available in 4 practical sizes - from the smallest version ideal for small portions of scrambled eggs, to a 28 cm pan, perfect for frying large portions of meat. Can be used in the oven at up to 260°C.
