The outer layer of satin-finished stainless steel is responsible for the elegant appearance, while the inner two layers of aluminium alloy and 100% aluminium guarantee the durability of the CTX cookware. The ceramic-titanium coating, makes it completely safe to use metal cooking utensils when preparing dishes, while the non-stick Green Tek coating allows food to be fried without fat and prevents ingredients from sticking to the bottom of the pan. The pan shown here is equipped with a stainless steel handle and is available in 5 sizes, allowing the cookware to be tailored to the individual user's needs.
