The Profi series are highly functional, non-stick coated steel baking tins in which you can easily bake apple pie, fruitcake, sandwiches or vegetable tarts. The Pattise brand has specialised in baking accessories for more than 40 years, so no scramble is too dangerous!
The mould will be very useful in the kitchen as I am looking for an intermediate mould as I have a larger one also very useful. So far I haven't found any defects and I hope there won't be any.
