- Nicolas Vahé salt is flavoured with garlic and fennel, with the addition of black pepper, aniseed, ginger and lemongrass.
- It is a combination with a slightly exotic character.
- It is an alternative to the popular Egyptian spice dukkah.
- The blend comes in a glass bottle finished with a ceramic grinder.
