Made of silicone, the mould ensures that the cakes bake perfectly, do not stick and are easy to remove after baking. The baking tin has a metal frame for stability and ease of handling. The frame can be removed to clean the tin. The lid also has a special hole for steam removal and for inserting a thermometer to measure the temperature of the roast.
