We're debunking the myth of the gloomy autumn. Let's learn to enjoy it, because it can truly be brilliant!
Poor old autumn. It's so easy to blame it for a drop in mood and a lack of sunshine! With October, the autumn blues awaken: gloom, foul weather, darkness.
As always, we, on the other hand, suggest embracing autumn for what it is. That means not just the famous golden autumn, but also the rainy and chilly one. Both its faces have their undeniable charms. The former encourages strolls along park paths and making bouquets of colourful leaves; the latter… fully justifies holing up at home.
After all, autumn is a time for quietude, not just in nature, but also a hint and inspiration for us. We don't have to rush anywhere; we can sit at home with a cup of tea, snuggle up in a blanket, and do a whole lot of NOTHING, which has its undeniable charm and allows us to regenerate.
And there are loads of pleasant things you can do at home!
Light a scented candle to lift your spirits, switch on a lamp to dispel the gloom. In autumn, special candles from WoodWick are particularly effective, as they crackle like a real fireplace! This is all thanks to a special wooden wick.

Autumn enthusiasts claim that when you're hot in summer, there's nothing you can do but take off more layers of clothing (and as we know, their number is limited), which is why colder seasons are, paradoxically, friendlier. During long autumn evenings, you can warm yourself endlessly, in a myriad of ways!
Did you know that
Tests carried out at FormAdore have shown that the most effective body-warming methods remain the traditional ones, namely – a blanket and tea.

This season, autumn infusions with ginger and turmeric, pumpkin lattes, and warming herbal blends are all the rage, and quite rightly so – after all, you can't drink lemon tea all winter. But to serve them up, you'll need cups, glasses, and mugs, because you can't do without them.
You can find all our teas here. Check out all our MUGS (we have almost 400 of them!). Don't forget about tea infusers either!
You're sure to find something that suits you and your interior.

You can never have too much of a good thing. A warm blanket is an absolute 'must-have' if you're even contemplating becoming an 'autumner'. You can't do without it.
However, if you're wondering what the difference between a blanket and a throw is and what to choose, we recommend our magazine article: Bedspreads, blankets, coverlets and throws: how to tell them apart and not go mad.

All DECORATIVE CUSHIONS are here

The candle is lit, the lamp is on, the tea is brewed, the cushion is in place, the blanket is ready and waiting. It seems everything is just as it should be.
But what if we told you it could be even more enjoyable?
Imagine that while reading a captivating book, you rest your feet on a stylish pouffe, and when you get up to brew another cup of tea, you feel not a cold floor beneath your feet, but a soft shaggy rug. Oh, and most importantly! If you don't yet have your favourite armchair, now's a great time to finally find it.
Ha! In fact, they shouldn't be boring, because autumn and winter last quite a while here, so there's no point staring at a wall for half a year ;) This is a good time to learn a new language, read, revisit an old hobby or find a new one, and it's also a great moment to do those puzzles that have been glaring at us accusingly for ages.
Below are a few of our suggestions.
