Very firm, good materials, nice print. The only thing - it is a bit bigger than expected. Love the extra little pocket on the side.
The rucksack is thin, without lining, the contents of the rucksack are transparent on the outside, and it crumples terribly. That's crap.

The bag is exactly what I expected. It's the perfect size to put a wallet, glasses, a pamper, a pack of tissues - walking essentials. And most importantly for me, its reflective function. In the evening and at night, I am perfectly visible to passing cars.

In my case it was necessary to adjust the sound settings on the phone to make the sound as personalised as possible, but this is more a phone issue than a headphone issue. The headphones are comfortable, do not fall out of your ears, have a good range, well muffle external sounds. Highly recommended!
