Ovo is a silicone dish that changes the way eggs are prepared. In the silicone mould you can place the contents of the egg shell and interesting additives, and such a concoction can be prepared hard, soft or semi-hard - in the pot, microwave, but also baked in the oven. For best results, brush the inside of the pot with olive oil before use. Cooking in the pot takes 15 minutes if you want a hard-boiled egg, 12 minutes for semi-hard-boiled, 7-9 minutes for soft-boiled. The egg prepared in this way takes the form given by the silicone dish.
