Native Cottage cheese maker

The main advantage of Native cookware is that it can be used to quickly and hygienically prepare all kinds of rice, cereals or pasta in the microwave, which is often the main ally of busy users of Lekue silicone accessories. The home-made cottage cheese set presented here is an idea for followers of the 'I know what I'm eating' principle and lovers of white cheese. The set consists of a tall pot made of PBT plastic, a polypropylene strainer for straining the cheese and a silicone lid with a measuring cup for measuring vinegar or lemon juice. With the kit, you can make Italian-type cheese in less than two hours (the kit comes with a recipe booklet in English). All you need to make cottage cheese is fresh cow's or goat's milk and vinegar, fresh lemon/lime juice or natural yoghurt.
