A set for making macaroons, i.e. delicious little cookies made from dough with an original composition (egg white, sugar and ground almonds). The set proposed by Lekue consists of a mat on which there are 48 fields for baking appetising sweets, the specially shaped surface of the silicone allows to obtain cookies of the desired shape. The second element of the set is the DecoMax silicone container, which replaces the sugar sleeve and allows you to quickly and conveniently place the dough on the mat. Once the biscuits have been baked, removing them from the mat is extremely easy thanks to the non-stick properties of the silicone.
