The Gourmet series created by Lekue - a Spanish manufacturer of silicone products - is designed for a professional audience. This does not mean that it cannot be used at home. The platinum silicone used in the production of the moulds has many advantages for easier work in the kitchen - it is flexible, resistant to a wide range of temperatures and has a non-stick surface.
