The Gourmet series is a proposal from Lekue, a Spanish company that produces silicone products. It is intended for a professional audience, but will also prove useful in the home kitchen. The silicone used for the moulds is flexible and has a non-stick surface. These features, combined with a high tolerance to low and high temperatures, make the Gourmet moulds easy to work with in the kitchen.
The proposed mould is used for baking muffins, but can also be used for making puddings, mousses and jellies.
