Gourmet moulds are a platinum silicone product created by the Spanish company Lekue. The Gourmet series is designed for professional use, but will work equally well in the home kitchen. The mould material is flexible and its surface is non-stick, making it easy to work with. The high tolerable temperature range allows for a wide variety of culinary creations.
The mould presented has 20 shell-shaped moulds. This shape is also known as "magdalenka".
