The Gourmet moulds from the Spanish company Lekue have been created from high-quality platinum silicone. Designed for professional use, they will also find favour with amateur culinary enthusiasts. Platinum silicone can be used in a wide range of temperatures, its flexibility and non-stick surface allows for easy separation of the contents from the mould.
The presented mould allows to make 9 shells of 40 ml. Cakes from a mould of this shape are sometimes also called magdalenki.
