The ceramic bottom allows the prepared products to stay warm or cool longer, and can also be used as a plate on which to serve the dishes. The rectangular form is suitable for both sweet and salty baked goods as well as hot and cold cakes - cakes, blocks, breads, terrines or traditional pates. The red silicone rim has a non-stick surface, which makes it easy to separate the dough from the edges of the tin. This makes cleaning and washing the mould very easy.
