Good but too delicate. For hard products : chop yes, fish no. Very good workmanship and material quality. Washes well in the dishwasher.

After a quarter of a century I had to throw the same ones away because they broke, so I bought the same ones in the dark, I like them a lot!

I don't recommend it, the tip spreads when squeezing, so the pliers don't hold the end of anything, you have to catch e.g. fish bones in the bend to pull them out.
