The tray from Iittala's Helle collection dates back to 1980, and was designed (in typical style - with a bit of a wink) by artist Oiva Toikka. Interestingly enough:

• The tray is porcelain, densely spotted all over its surface.
• The dots are kept in colours inspired by nature itself.
• It has a smooth surface - easy to clean and ideal for serving.
