Beautiful cups
The mug was carefully made, simply beautiful, it's a pity that the description lacks information about the capacity, the size of the mug is given, but giving the capacity would have been a sensible addition, the mug was delivered quickly, during the purchase I could easily change the order by phone, very polite and friendly service.

Beautiful cups
The letter mug my son bought his dad for his birthday. My husband is delighted. He drinks his morning coffee in it. It's a great idea for a personalised gift.

The mug is in truth very nice, but for me it has one flaw. The eye from the bottom is not glazed, so it is rough and unpleasant to the touch.

A substantial mug, an interesting design. You have to wait a bit, but it's worth it. Holds pens at my place ;)
The quality of the product is quite high (for an enamel mug). However, it does not stand out for anything other than the print. Colour even, only the inside of the handle was not fully covered.
The whole series of Seletti metal dishes is interesting and funny. Mug big enough.
Made without defects. Subtracts 1* for the price. I recommend it!

The cup is ok, capacious, does not leak. On the other hand, it does not hold the temperature very well.

The lid is not tight, loose, rises under pressure (heat) . Nice but impractical for travelling.

Nice product, holds heat/cold and has a large capacity. One downside is that if you tilt it the drink leaks out.... That's why you have to keep the cup upright at all times.

The best thermal mug I've had. Safe, holds heat for a long time. Very comfortable to drink, easy to open with one hand. The brushed steel remains almost fingerprint-free. I regret that I decided on it so late. Highly recommended!

The mug has a beautiful form and capacity, but holds heat poorly. After an hour, the coffee ( because this is what I pour) is barely warm.

Very good, I bought a second one.
The mug keeps the temperature for a very long time, double walls on the whole height including the thread.
It is quite difficult to open the mug, you have to use a lot of force.
Very nice mug and great capacity. Holds the temperature of the drink very well and can fit a large cappuccino from Nero for my walks with the dog :D
Minus: lack of any string / fastener, when the purse and pockets are small and we do not want to hold it in hand :) but it is a trifle

I'll admit I've had a few thermal mugs before, but they've never held heat this long.
Plus it's even prettier than in the picture
