The Design Letters brand is a Danish company that, although a relatively young brand - established in 2009 - has already managed to win over design fans around the world. Key to its success has been the introduction of mugs and other crockery and accessories from Arne Jacobsen's Vintage ABC collection. The pieces in this collection were decorated with letter shapes hand-designed in 1937 by Arne Jacobsen himself - a legendary figure in world design and one of Denmark's most famous designers. However, before the AJ collection was created, the brand first offered wooden and then acrylic letters to decorate walls, doors and other spaces in 2009.
The 8 cm high black letters presented here are made of acrylic, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, adding style and description and marking the home as the home of the best design. The letters are mounted to flat surfaces using a mounting kit that includes adhesive patches.
