The Design Letters brand is a Danish company that, although a relatively young brand - established in 2009 - has already managed to win over design fans around the world. Key to its success has been the introduction of mugs and other crockery and accessories from Arne Jacobsen's Vintage ABC collection. The pieces in this collection were decorated with letter shapes hand-designed in 1937 by Arne Jacobsen himself - a legendary figure in world design and one of Denmark's most famous designers. Quite quickly, Arne Jacobsen's letters 'left' the dishes to decorate other pieces of home furnishings as well - including bedroom furnishings.
The pillowcase presented here with the chosen letter of the alphabet is made from 100% GOTS certified cotton and measures 70 x 50 cm.
