The rubber on the wrapper does its job...
If the main plate was made of metal and the locking blades, it would be a great trick... the price would be a little bit higher, but that's understandable.

A very nice set, good-looking and fulfilling its function - made flawlessly.
Knives are great.
The product is very nicely made, solid, perfectly cuts the cheeses of a given type for a given knife. The cheese does not stick to the knife after use - a great advantage!
Additionally, it has a very elegant look, and the black colour fits virtually any kitchen decor.

Knives look very nice and the advantages end there. I used the string one time only and broke down. The previous string knife was not so nice, but it served me for years. I do not recommend it to anyone.
