does not work, paper has such a resistance that it is impossible to pull it out through the slot

Unfortunately, I have to say that the paper towel holder does not do its job. The towel does not spin, it is not possible to tear it off freely. It blocks itself constantly. Non-functional!!!! The workmanship is also average. Crude, unpleasant to the touch wood/plywood. Disappointed.....
