Black+Blum is an English-Swiss design duo who decided to join forces and create a unique brand. It has been based in London since 1998. From the beginning of their venture, Dan Black and Martin Blum have set themselves the goal of creating creative products that serve their users, entertaining and surprising them at the same time. The products in their catalogue are characterised not only by their practicality, but above all by a large dose of humour (and not just 'English' humour!).

Some of the most popular designs in the range include lunch boxes available in many colours and sizes, dish dryer High&Dry and a collection of products featuring James - a hugely popular reflection of the ideal man - intelligent, hardworking and with a sense of humour! At the dawn of the tourist era, when the first railways were being built in Europe and America, elegant ladies and refined gentlemen travelled in tight corsets and jackets, equipped with heavy trunks and crates that required a great deal of effort to pack and unpack: first onto the roof of the stagecoach, then onto the train and back again.
