While the specific taste and aroma of these vegetables enriches dishes wonderfully, a trace of the culinary struggle remains on the hands after preparation. The problem is solved by rubbing the steel against the skin under cold water, especially when it takes such a beautiful form of Frederic Gooris' design. The steel soap has been clothed in the familiar shape of a garlic bulb, encased in a noble grade of matt steel.
