• The form of the Pulcina coffee maker by Alessi came about as a result of an analysis of what happens inside. It avoids the so-called coffee eruption effect inside (the Stromboli effect).
• This is because the final filtering step has been dispensed with, so that the brew has no bitter, burnt aftertaste.
• The aroma of the coffee from the Pulcina Café is full and delicate at the same time.
• The coffee machine looks very striking with its stepped design and red contrasting handles.
• In profile, it resembles a bird (pulcino means chicken in Italian).

How to use:

• The Pulcina coffee maker is designed for brewing ground coffee.
• It is suitable for induction. Please note: Make sure that your induction hob switches on with objects with a diameter of approximately 90 mm.
