The 5075 salt cellar is one of a set of spice containers designed by Ettore Sottsass in 1978. The series started by the 5070 set is a well-known and appreciated set of designs with economical shapes and made of materials combined into an aesthetic whole - glass and steel.
The vessel is characterised by the use of semi-circular lines. The use of polished stainless steel and glass allows the contents of the container to be perfectly displayed.
Salt will look impressive in this simple yet very elegant container.
