Sushi accessories

Sushi, as we know, is a Japanese dish consisting of cooked, specially prepared rice and a variety of accompaniments in the form of mostly raw fish, seafood, nori seaweed, vegetables, mushrooms, etc. Traditionally, sushi is eaten with fingers or chopsticks together with soy sauce, green Japanese wasabi horseradish and pickled ginger.
