Vitriini Tray 37 x 13 cm

Vitriini is a collection designed by Anu Penttinen for the Finnish glassware company Iittala. The designer has redefined the idea of a container, a casket in which we keep the objects close to us. Vitriini, made of glass, instead of hiding the contents present them to the world through a rainbow palette of coloured glass. The collection includes containers made entirely of transparent material, as well as those where the transparent lid is accompanied by a bottom made of lacquered aluminium or wood and a wooden base. "Vitriini" means "showcase" in Finnish. - A set of containers will make it possible to effectively display trinkets that usually lie lonely on shelves. The fact that Vitriini is available in two sizes and a variety of colours and variants will help you create your own personal display.
The collection tray shown here is made of oak and will be perfect as a base for the collection's 11 cm wide containers.
