Zwilling Twin knives 1731

The Twin 1731 knife collection is the most exclusive series from the German manufacturer, whose name refers to the founding date of Zwilling J.A.. Henckels. A collection that draws on such a rich tradition had to be completely unique, which is what happened in this case. Twin 1731 knives are a unique combination of modernity and classicism. Exclusive materials were used in their manufacture. The blade is forged from a single piece of Cronidur 30 steel (used in aerospace applications) using the SIGMAFORGE process. For exceptional quality and hardness, the steel was hardened using FRIODUR technology. The handle of the knife is genuine ebony wood. The overall design was by the renowned architect Matteo Thun.
