The egg cooker insert, like the other products in Scanpan's TechnIQ range, was developed in collaboration with professional chefs.

• Each cavity has been fitted with removable egg cartridges with special handles.

How to use:

• The insert makes it easy to prepare shirred eggs.
• Suitable for pans with a diameter greater than 26 cm.
