Good Grips Kitchen brush

This silicone kitchen brush from the Good Grips collection can handle a wide range of kitchen tasks requiring lubrication. The design of the brush combines several layers of silicone fibre with the openwork strips inside, ensuring that whisked egg whites or melted butter are retained on the brush and do not drip onto the work surface when transferred from the bowl to the dough. The profiled head glides smoothly over the lubricated surface even at high temperatures (resistant up to 315 degrees C), so the brush can also be used to grease a hot pan.
