Grill&Cook Pan cover

The Grill&Cook pan lid is much more than a lid. As well as preventing marks from splashing grease and tomato sauce, the lid turns the pan into a grill and allows you to inspect the food at every stage of its preparation. The lid presented here consists of two parts - the lower, larger one made of aluminium-coated metal and the upper, black one made of polyamide with glass fibres. Each part is fitted with wedge-shaped openings. By sliding the upper part of the lid, the degree to which the holes are open can be easily adjusted, and thus the steam escaping. On the other hand, closing completely turns the cover into a typical lid. By completely twisting and opening the openings, you can freely look into the frying or cooking food without having to remove the lid. The entire unit is resistant to heat, grease and steam. The cover's materials allow it to be used even when the pan or wok is very hot. The cover can also be used in the oven (maximum temperature of 220 degrees Celsius). The cover fits both small and large pans, woks, saucepans and pots. The maximum diameter of the pot is 30 cm.
