2. Whisky Sour

Whisky, lemon, honey and... egg white is a truly extraordinary and incredibly delicious combination! Are you curious about the taste of Whisky Sour? Here's the recipe. Go grab shakers and stir to see its unique aroma on your own taste buds.

Ingredients:

  • hen's egg white
  • 40 ml whisky
  • 20 ml of lemon juice
  • 15 ml of liquid honey
  • 3 drops of balsamic vinegar
  • lemon
  • ice cubes

Preparation:

Pour the egg white into the shaker. Then add squeezed lemon juice, honey and balsamic vinegar. Take out one cube from icebox, close the shaker and shake vigorously for a few seconds. Attention! Do not add any more ice to the shaker at this point, because the whites won't be beaten. Only now, after you've done beating, add more ice cubes to the shaker and pour whisky. Close the shaker and shake vigorously again to mix the alcohol with the other ingredients. Grab ice tongs and put a few ice cubes in the coctail glass and pour the contents of the shaker. Decorate your Whisky Sour drink with a piece of lemon, which you can wipe the edges of the glass beforehand to bring out even more flavour and aroma to your cocktail.

3. Glogg

Red mulled wine with lots of aromatic spices and additives, Glogg is a beverage originating from Sweden, where it is traditionally served during the Christmas season. It is worth trying to prepare mulled wine from Scandinavia, because it warms you up well, and the scent of spices that floats during its preparation is extremely pleasant and will certainly put everyone in a pleasant mood.

The ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of semi-dry red wine (0.75 l)
  • half a glass of sugar
  • 3 pieces of cinnamon bark
  • Half orange peel
  • fresh ginger
  • 5 cardamom seeds
  • 10 carnations
  • glass of orange juice
  • half a glass of raisin
  • ¼ glass of blanched almonds
  • half a glass of vodka, rum or brandy

Preparation:

Finely chop the orange peel and ginger up, and crush the cinnamon bark. Boil a glass of orange juice in the pot. Add ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and orange peel to the boiling juice. Then reduce the burner power and boil the stock for about 30 minutes. Pour the infusion through a sieve into a second pot and add the wine, the alcohol of your choice (vodka, rum or brandy) and sugar to it. Heat the contents of the pot, but be careful not to bring it to boil. Prepare alcoholic glasses and throw in a few almonds and raisins - pour hot wine. For serving, use Drink mixers and spoons...to easily pick up raisins and almonds from the delicious drink.

For serving hot drinks, choose glasses made of thick glass, resistant to high temperatures. Additionally, to reduce the temperature difference, you can wash the glass in hot water before pouring the warm drink into it.
