Vitaquick Pressure cooker with an extra pan

The Fissler Vitaquick pressure cooker is the solution for cooking food quickly thanks to increased pressure. It saves up to 70% of the time and 50% of the energy compared with conventional cooking methods. Cooking in a pressure cooker takes place in a closed pot under pressure at temperatures of more than 100 degrees C. In addition, cooking in a pressure cooker preserves far more vitamins, minerals and the taste and aroma of the ingredients than when cooking in a conventional pot. The pressure cooker is also characterised by the optical and audible pressure indicator when the lid is properly closed, the two-stage pressure indicator which rises when the pressure cooker is operating, the detachable handle (for easy cleaning and storage) and the capsule base for perfect heat distribution. Available in two capacities, the pressure cooker shown here does not include a steamer insert and is suitable for all types of cooker - including induction cookers and is additionally equipped with a 2.5 litre pressure cooker pan. The accessory is 100% made in Germany.
