Crispy Steelux Comfort Pan

Introduced in 2010, a refreshed model of the Crispy Steelux Comfort frying pan now with the revolutionary Novogrill surface to facilitate crispy frying with little fat. The pan differs from its predecessor in the use of Novogrill and the use of a SuperThermic base instead of CookStar. The base of the pan makes it compatible with induction cookers. The Crispy steel pan works best for quick frying at high temperatures - such as poultry, pork or beef steaks. The pan has a measuring cup on the inner edge and a safe, specially shaped handle. In addition, the appropriately designed edge of the pan makes it easy to pour the contents. The Novogrill surface ensures that the meat comes away from the pan easily after browning and achieving the desired degree of doneness. The product can be used on all types of cookers (including induction). The accessory is 100% made in Germany.
